Welcome to Elliott’s Kitchen! By purchasing our meal prep services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities as our valued customer.
1. Meal Preparation & Storage
All meals are freshly prepared and should be stored in a refrigerator or freezer upon receipt.
For optimal freshness and best eating conditions, meals should be consumed within two weeks from the preparation date.
Customers are responsible for proper storage and reheating of meals. We recommend following standard food safety guidelines when handling and consuming our products.
2. Order Policy
All orders must be placed and paid for in advance. Payment confirms your order and secures your meal prep slot.
Cancellations or modifications must be made at least 72 hours (3 Calendar Days) before the scheduled preparation to receive a credit or refund.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 72 hours (3 Calendar Days) of meal prep.
3. Food Allergies & Dietary Restrictions
While we strive to accommodate dietary preferences and allergies, Elliott's Kitchen is not a certified allergen-free facility. Cross-contamination may occur.
Customers must disclose any food allergies at the time of ordering. However, Elliott’s Kitchen is not liable for any allergic reactions that may occur.
4. Liability Disclaimer
Elliott’s Kitchen is not responsible for any illness or adverse reaction resulting from improper food handling, storage, or reheating once meals have been delivered or picked up.
By purchasing meals, customers acknowledge that they assume all risks related to food consumption and agree not to hold Elliott’s Kitchen liable for any consequences.

If a customer fails to receive a delivery at the scheduled time, no refund or replacement will be provided.
6. Payment & Refunds
Payments must be made through approved methods (cash, credit/debit, or electronic payments).
Refunds are only issued for cancellations made at least 72 hours (3 Calendar Days) before meal prep. No refunds for dissatisfaction with taste preferences.
7. Changes to Terms & Conditions
Elliott’s Kitchen reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Customers will be notified of any significant changes.
